I got this item as a gift for someone who's pretty hard to please, so I can't go into too much detail. But I gotta say, the ordering process and delivery were super smooth. The person I gave it to is really pleased!!

I received a cheese and wine gift set from Gabriela. Even though the Deli Society said the items would last at least 14 days, the cheese was already hard when it arrived. I was pretty let down and left a review on their site, but it seems the Deli Society isn't a fan of negative feedback since they didn't post it.

The selection was nice and the cheese was quite tasty. The only issue was that they promised 14 days of freshness. When it got to me, one of the cheeses was already starting to change color, indicating it was aging, so we dove into the cheeses right away. Even with them stored in the fridge, they were getting tough by the fourth day. By the fifth day, the dog was loving what was left over.

I would’ve given them two stars, but their habit of censoring bad reviews brings it down to just one star.

Placing the order was a breeze and super quick. I got an email with the delivery date and time, and let me tell ya, the product and its presentation were top-notch, definitely deserving of 5 stars. My only hiccup was how long it took to get here from when I ordered it to when it finally showed up. I had planned to give it as a Christmas gift, but it didn’t land until New Year’s Eve. I get that the holiday rush can be a lot, but it was a letdown and the only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score. But hey, the product itself was really tasty!
